Tobias, T. id# 5442 Bio Biography: Heather Davis, Cancer Services Improvement Coordinator SMICS is a registered nurse who has 25 years' experience as a clinical nurse and in health administration. She has a bachelor's degree in business and post graduate certificate in quality management. Heather has worked at the Southern Melbourne Integrated Cancer Service (SMICS) as a Cancer Service Improvement Coordinator since 2007, where she coordinates the Breast Tumour Group. She has been involved in various SMICS projects and is now responsible for the Communication Skills Program and Workforce Planning. Tobias, T. id# 5442 Bio Biography Melissa Loorham, Project Officer - Primary Care, SMICS Melissa graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Nursing in 1995. She has since completed a post-graduate certificate in Breast Care Nursing and Diploma in counselling psychology. Melissa has more than 12 years experience working in the area of cancer nursing and on cancer service improvement projects. Her other interests include jogging, cooking, photography and spending time with her family.
